What you will do
- Lead, guide, and professionally develop Sales Analyst team members.
- Develop and maintain robust reporting frameworks and dashboards for sales metrics and data quality.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data to identify trends, anomalies, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, IT, BI, and HR teams to align strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of sales reporting data used in the quota setting process.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within reporting, analytics, and data governance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in reporting and analytics, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, VBA).
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience in sales operations or a related field.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and territory management software.
