Location: Onsite in Mississauga, Canada (Meadowvale Office - HQ)

What you will do

  • Lead, guide, and professionally develop Sales Analyst team members.
  • Develop and maintain robust reporting frameworks and dashboards for sales metrics and data quality.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data to identify trends, anomalies, and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, IT, BI, and HR teams to align strategies with business objectives.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of sales reporting data used in the quota setting process.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within reporting, analytics, and data governance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in reporting and analytics, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, VBA).
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience in sales operations or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and territory management software.
