What you will do

• Document requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and synthesis of business, operational, and technical needs.
• Support multiple cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, from intake and scoping through execution and post-launch review.
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.
• Build and maintain program plans, timelines, decision logs, and risk tracking to ensure initiatives stay on track.
• Analyze existing workflows, tools, and operating models to identify inefficiencies and execution gaps.
• Design scalable, repeatable solutions that improve speed, clarity, and cross-team alignment.

Requirements

• Experience owning and driving cross-functional initiatives or programs end-to-end.
• Strong ability to gather, document, and synthesize requirements from diverse stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated success analyzing processes and driving operational improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, making complex ideas clear and actionable.
• Fluency in English as a working language is required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
