What you will do

• Review, clean, and maintain Salesforce data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Identify and resolve duplicate or inconsistent data entries.
• Connect with the Sales team to identify common pain points and develop solutions to address them.
• Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and improving our CRM processes.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, CRM, and cross-functional teams on ongoing projects.
• Share progress, insights, and ideas with your manager and team during regular check-ins.

Requirements

• You are currently studying Business, Commerce, Management, or a related program at the Bachelor’s level or higher in the province of Québec.
• You are able to work from our office 2 days a week.
• You are legally entitled to work full-time in Canada for the duration of the 15 week internship.

Nice to have

• You have strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and analyze large data sets.
• You demonstrate high attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• You are proficient with Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Salesforce is an asset.
• You are curious, ready to ask questions and learn new systems.
• You have an interest in sales operations, data management, and process improvement.
