What you will do

• Lead the development of AI agents for new ad products that leverage generative AI.
• Manage highly complex technical programs spanning multiple VP-level organizations.
• Work across teams to define requirements, create work back plans, and define API contracts.
• Lead daily stand-ups and track progress against key milestones.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from early career hires to senior executives.
• Mentor senior and Principal TPMs and serve as a role model on TPM best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 10+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 10+ years of software development experience
• Experience designing or architecting new and existing systems (design patterns, reliability and scaling).
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.

Nice to have

• 12+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience.
