What you will do

• Own AI-driven workflows and product improvements within specific product areas.
• Identify client and team friction to propose and build effective solutions.
• Build and iterate on AI-powered automations, tools, and workflows.
• Be responsible for strategic product decisions within your area, not just execution.
• Translate client and usage problems into tangible, shipped product improvements.
• Utilize AI and internal tools to investigate product behavior, debug issues, and test ideas.
• Work directly with engineers to implement and ship changes.
• Engage with clients when necessary to understand problems and validate solutions.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building or running AI-powered workflows, automations, or systems in a product or SaaS environment, or strong transferable experience with a proven ability to learn fast by building.
• Sufficient product judgment to decide what work is most valuable and when to pursue it, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and speed.
• Comfort owning a problem end-to-end, from identification to prototyping and working with developers to ship a solution.
• Genuine interest in AI beyond surface-level use, demonstrated by building, automating, or meaningfully changing workflows with AI.
• Willingness to engage deeply with prompts, tools, data, investigations, and iteration.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams, including clients.
• Comfortable working with data and structured information to inform decisions.
• High ownership mindset, proactively identifying and addressing issues without relying solely on predefined tasks or roadmaps.
• Ability to operate effectively across multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment.
• Reliable internet for remote work is required.
