What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade automation workflows using tools like Make and n8n across 16+ markets.
• Apply LLM-based tools and structured frameworks for complex operational analysis and insight extraction.
• Define the AI and automation roadmap, auditing workflows to quantify and prioritize manual effort reduction.
• Automate operational reporting by replacing manual data pulls with KPI scorecards and alerting pipelines.
• Develop rules-based systems for courier compliance, document expiry, and performance management.
• Deliver AI tooling training and clear documentation to enable central and local teams.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience in operations, BizOps, automation, or analytics within a tech-forward or marketplace environment.
• Deep hands-on experience building complex, multi-step production workflows in n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Practical experience with LLM tooling for operational deployment (classification, extraction, summarization).
• Strong SQL skills and ability to generate insights from large datasets.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Location: Must be based in Tallinn, Estonia.
