What you will do

• Conduct structured discovery and audit sessions with clients to assess ticketing workflows and SLAs.
• Analyze support workflows and volume patterns to identify bottlenecks and high-impact automation opportunities.
• Design scalable workflow and automation strategies tailored to client technology stacks and business goals.
• Recommend and implement AI-powered solutions such as chatbots, NLP-driven classification, and agent assist tools.
• Develop AI readiness assessments and phased implementation roadmaps.
• Translate technical findings into actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Ukrainian (including legal drafting)
• Strong understanding of customer support operations and KPIs (CSAT, FCR, AHT).
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Zendesk, Freshdesk, and Intercom.
• Solid knowledge of AI applications in customer support (NLP, auto-triage, chatbots).
• Ability to run structured discovery sessions and analyze support volumes.
• Experience designing scalable automation workflows based on ROI and business impact.
