What you will do

  • Manage and mentor Scrum Masters, contributing to their career growth and the broader Scrum Master Chapter.
  • Champion Agile excellence, coordinating scalable best practices and frameworks.
  • Partner with teams and leaders to align backlogs with strategic objectives, focusing on outcomes.
  • Enhance delivery by navigating risks, mitigating technical collisions, and removing impediments.

Requirements

  • Must live within commuting distance of London.
  • Proven leadership and people management experience in Agile environments, including direct line management of Scrum Masters.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to coach cross-functional product teams.
  • Customer-oriented approach with a focus on continuous delivery and quality, fostering continuous learning.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of diverse product development frameworks (Lean, Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum, etc.).
  • Experience working with a global team.
