What you will do
- Lead and drive positioning of Customer Experience (CX) services offerings with hirify.global Sales, ensuring solutions align with customer needs and expectations.
- Support customers in achieving desired outcomes with hirify.global products and services, leading to positive growth in GRR and NRR.
- Collaborate and leverage hirify.global Professional Services to scope technical specifications, develop proposals, and price professional services solutions.
- Partner with hirify.global Sales to manage the commercial contracting of CX services with customers, ensuring a quick and efficient process.
- Own the operational and success metrics for Professional Services, such as time-to-value, customer satisfaction, and on-time completion of projects.
- Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and develop services team members (Consultants, Solution Architects, and Project Managers).
Requirements
- 15+ years demonstrated experience directly managing, leading, and building a Professional Services business, preferably in support of an enterprise technology, data, or AI platform.
- 10+ years demonstrated experience successfully building, growing, and scaling services teams and books of business, delivering to booking, revenue, and margin targets.
- 10+ years of contract development and successful negotiation of professional services commercials within a contracting cycle.
- Proven experience building and leading a team of 10+ people in a fast-paced, growing company.
- Demonstrated experience with a subscription-based business model, delivering on-premises and SaaS solutions.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
Nice to have
- Experience with a database technology, data, or AI platform.
- Experience working with various customer stakeholders in IT and Applications, including Database, Data, Security & Compliance, DevOps, and AI.
- Advanced project management capabilities.
- Prior experience working with customers in the Public Sector (United States Federal).
