What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership for professional services engagements for Fortune 500 organizations.
• Manage and mentor a team of Forward Deployed Engineers, overseeing their professional growth and career paths.
• Own the regional delivery of customer projects, ensuring they are delivered to exacting standards.
• Achieve regional targets for billable utilization, hiring, and revenue.
• Partner with account executives, customer success, and field engineering leaders.
• Analyze operational processes and resolve customer concerns on strategic accounts.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience managing consulting, delivery, or solution architecture teams.
• Strong technical background as a hands-on Solutions Architect.
• Experience driving end-to-end fixed-fee project delivery for Fortune 500 companies in geographies like France, Italy, Spain, Middle East, and South Africa.
• Experience with Databricks products (Data and AI) or direct competitors.
• Must be based in France.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
