What you will do

  • Develop and lead a comprehensive Retail Marketing strategy that drives acquisition, engagement, and revenue across retail customers.
  • Ensure all retail marketing strategies are aligned with revenue goals, owning full-funnel performance and metrics from lead generation to conversion and retention.
  • Build the operating model, analytics capabilities, measurement frameworks, and data infrastructure to optimize funnel performance.
  • Champion best practices in multi-channel marketing, including digital advertising, organic content, email, field/partner programs, and local campaigns.
  • Partner as a core member of the Retail Leadership Team to architect unified go-to-market programs, collaborating across the entire Retail ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with the core Marketing organization to leverage global scale across brand identity, joint funnels, and shared data infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in owning and delivering a definitive revenue number, with a P&L mindset for marketing investments.
  • Obsessive focus on measurement and full-funnel unit economics, with a proven ability to build technical and analytical infrastructure.
  • Track record of designing innovative go-to-market strategies that drive market differentiation.
  • Deep technical mastery across the full demand-gen stack, including inbound (SEO, Web, Traffic) and strategic application of Paid Media.
  • Strong executive presence with a history of recruiting and coaching high-performing, "MBA-caliber" teams.
  • A "builder" mindset, thriving in early-stage environments with the grit to stand up new programs, channels, and operational boundaries from scratch.
  • MBA preferred, or equivalent experience in an environment demanding high-level strategic and analytical thinking.
