What you will do

• Own the security of hirify.global's Software Development Lifecycle and product features.
• Drive security assessments of product features and manage security incidents.
• Partner with Infosec and engineering teams to define and realize security vision and strategy.
• Manage a globally distributed team of product and security engineers.
• Help shape and evolve engineering culture within the organization.

Requirements

• Experience developing and supporting a team of engineers in their personal growth.
• Familiarity with performing security assessments to identify and mitigate software vulnerabilities.
• Proven track record in partnering closely with engineering teams, product managers, and R&D leadership.
• Experience in security incident response, managing or contributing to containment, investigation, and recovery.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with autonomy to prioritize and determine solutions.
