What you will do

• Develop and guide the infrastructure and security strategy for manufacturing business functions.
• Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams (30+ people) to deliver scalable, secure systems.
• Establish strategic engagements with key partners to define and execute technology roadmaps.
• Ensure infrastructure capabilities meet the needs of hirify.global factories without impacting production velocity.
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate software, analytics, and security efforts.
• Represent the group to senior executive stakeholders and influence organizational outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of experience leading multiple engineering teams, including second-line management.
• 5+ years of practical experience in factory automation or 10+ years in IT solutions development.
• Strong understanding of systems architecture, cybersecurity principles, and software integration.
• Experience with SEMI standards in factory automation.
• Ability to present complex technical and financial topics to senior leadership.
