Business Analyst (Payments)

TL;DR

Business Analyst (Payments): Driving the launch of a new product from scratch, from initial concept to regulatory preparation and production scaling, with an accent on managing end-to-end product development for both core processing/backend and client-facing UX. Focus on coordinating parallel development across multiple teams, analyzing vendor documentation, and building operational processes around Anti-Fraud, Compliance, and Customer Support.

Location: Flexible work from one of our offices or remote. Relocation support to Mexico, Colombia, Cyprus, or Serbia is available for the employee and their family.

What you will do

• Drive the development and launch of a new product from scratch, from initial concept to further scaling.
• Manage the end-to-end product development process, covering core processing/backend and client-facing UX.
• Collaborate closely with key project stakeholders to align priorities, scope, and delivery expectations.
• Coordinate and synchronize parallel development work across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Analyze and work with vendor documentation, including API specifications and integration guidelines.
• Build and improve operational processes around Anti-Fraud, Compliance, and Customer Support.
• Support the preparation of documentation for submission to the banking regulator.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, preferably in payments or PSP products.
• Proven experience in managing distributed product development with multiple cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong skills in requirements management, including elicitation, documentation, synchronization, and change control.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery, understanding sprint planning and release coordination.
• Ability to work closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Security teams.
• Experience documenting complex processes, including functional/non-functional requirements and process flows (BPMN).
• English: B2 required.
