What you will do

• Elicit and discuss requirements with client stakeholders, including business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Decompose and elaborate requirements for the development team, maintaining up-to-date solution documentation.
• Analyze and verify feature requests, defining required changes and verifying with the product owner.
• Present requirements to the team, providing support and minimizing time spent on elaboration.
• Participate in the presales process, eliciting high-level scope and preparing required deliverables.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and Technical Writer.
• Advanced level of English, both written and verbal (C1+).
• Fundamental knowledge of and practical experience with various business analysis knowledge areas, techniques, responsibilities, and activities.
• Knowledge and experience with Agile and Scrum-based development methodologies.
• Experience in creating and maintaining documentation: Solution Requirements, backlog items in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria, and use cases.
• Experience in modeling via BPMN, ERD, state, and scope modeling techniques.
• Experience in presale/discovery activities.
