Business Analyst (Origination Core): Developing a flexible, reusable onboarding system platform infrastructure for banking products with an accent on collecting requirements and overseeing implementation. Focus on identifying root causes of process errors and managing projects across several teams.

Location: Flexible work from one of our offices or remote worldwide. Relocation support to one of our hubs — Mexico, Serbia, Cyprus — with assistance for the employee and their family.

What you will do

• Collect and analyze stakeholder requirements, make decisions on system changes, and oversee implementation.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on projects.
• Identify the root causes of process errors and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Implement best practices in data analysis and reporting to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with designers.
• Manage projects across several teams.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to set clear business tasks for development teams, with a solid understanding of how services are structured.
• Experience in cross-team collaboration.
• Strong analytical and systematic thinking.
• Experience in creating BPMN, UML, DFD, or similar schemes for visualizing and documenting business processes.
• English: B2 or higher required for effective communication with an international team.

Nice to have

• Skills in working with Superset, Redash, or Snowflake.
• Experience in working with platform teams.
• Understanding of API and Kafka.
