What you will do

• Manage assigned accounts and projects through planning, execution, tracking, and delivery using standard processes and tools.
• Supervise and lead global project teams (internal and external).
• Own customer relationships at the project level, ensuring client satisfaction and quality.
• Create project estimates, proposals, schedules, and conduct risk assessments to minimize potential issues.
• Manage QA projects, including resource and defect management and reporting.
• Maintain project profitability through margin management and accurate financial data.

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree with equivalent industry experience.
• Proven track record of Project Management and successfully managing large accounts/projects.
• Experience working internationally or directly with international product development.
• Experience in a technology-related company.
• Experience with Translation Management Systems (e.g., GlobalSight, Idiom World Server, SDL TMS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel for work-related commitments.
