Senior Data Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and develop high-volume data pipelines, infrastructure, and tools for the Performance Marketing Technology team.
• Contribute to the long-term technical strategy for Big Data and cloud infrastructure.
• Deliver large-scale ETL/ELT, data modeling, data application, and reverse ETL initiatives.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Performance Marketing stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Monitor project progress, mitigate technical risks, and solve complex data pipeline and quality issues.
• Mentor colleagues through code reviews, feedback, and data model deep dives.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience delivering and scaling complex data engineering solutions.
• Advanced Python and SQL skills, with experience in ETL/ELT, data modeling, and reverse ETL.
• Experience with data orchestration tools such as Airflow and Dagster.
• Experience with Google Cloud, BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Kubernetes, dbt, and Fivetran.
• Experience delivering high-complexity projects in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient English is required for communication in the international workplace.

Nice to have

• Experience with Vertex AI or AI-powered coding assistants such as Copilot or CLine.
• Experience integrating AI-driven data solutions, including automated data cleaning, anomaly detection, or predictive schema mapping.
• Experience with online marketing APIs such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Marketing, TikTok, or Criteo.
• Curiosity about LLM capabilities and evolving data processing standards.
