What you will do

• Deliver scalable data infrastructures and tools to support the Performance Marketing Team.
• Define the long-term technical strategy for the Data Engineering team, focusing on modern, maintainable solutions.
• Navigate diverse perspectives to build technical consensus and uncover opportunities with stakeholders.
• Apply a strong analytical mindset to solve complex pipeline issues and maximize business value.

Requirements

• Experience in building/scaling and delivering engineering solutions at speed.
• Proven experience in large-scale data initiatives (ETL/ELT & Data Modeling, data applications, reverse ETL).
• Experience using data orchestrators like Airflow and Dagster.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL (advanced).
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• English: Proficient required.

Nice to have

• First experience with AI coding assistants to enhance quality and delivery speed.
• Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as Vertex AI, CLine, or Copilot.
• Curiosity and eagerness to integrate emerging AI-driven solutions into data engineering workflows.
