TL;DR
Platform Engineering Director (AI): Leading the design, build, and evolution of client-facing AI and Data platform capabilities with an accent on Azure infrastructure, CI/CD, and MLOps. What you will do
- Architect and lead the delivery of complex AI and Data platform programs on Azure.
- Define and drive platform engineering standards, best practices, and automation across engagements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of platform engineers and engagement managers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Champion an inspiring engineering culture that attracts talent and energizes clients.
Requirements
- Proven, hands-on experience leading large-scale platform engineering programs in AI and Data.
- Deep technical expertise in CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, cloud platform design (Azure), and automation.
- Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end AI/Data use cases, including MLOps and lakehouse architectures.
- Proven track record in consulting business, account growth, and presales technical leadership.
- Fluent in English (C1 level).
- Strong people leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
