Platform Engineering Director (AI)

What you will do

• Architect and lead the delivery of complex AI and Data platform programs on Azure.
• Define and drive platform engineering standards, best practices, and automation across engagements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of platform engineers and engagement managers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Champion an inspiring engineering culture that attracts talent and energizes clients.

Requirements

• Proven, hands-on experience leading large-scale platform engineering programs in AI and Data.
• Deep technical expertise in CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, cloud platform design (Azure), and automation.
• Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end AI/Data use cases, including MLOps and lakehouse architectures.
• Proven track record in consulting business, account growth, and presales technical leadership.
• Fluent in English (C1 level).
• Strong people leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
