Platform & Data Engineering Director (AI)

What you will do

• Architect and lead complex AI and data platform programs from initial scoping through production deployment.
• Design cloud infrastructure, automation, CI/CD pipelines, data products, and data engineering solutions across Azure and AWS.
• Define platform engineering standards and best practices across client engagements.
• Advise senior client stakeholders, including C-level and VP Engineering audiences, on platform strategy and delivery.
• Lead, mentor, hire, and develop platform engineering teams and engagement managers.
• Identify account-growth opportunities and support presales and long-term client partnerships.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience leading large-scale platform engineering programs in AI and data.
• Experience building, shipping, and operating production-grade platforms and data products.
• Deep expertise in CI/CD, infrastructure as code, cloud platform design, data engineering, and automation at scale.
• Experience delivering enterprise AI and data use cases end to end.
• Successful people leadership in consulting or product environments, including hiring and retaining high-performing teams.
• Fluent English required; strong communication with technical and executive audiences.

Nice to have

• French and/or German language skills.
• Commercial experience with upselling, technical presales, or account growth.
