What you will do
- Lead full design cycles for features or a product area, contributing to effective and thoughtful solutions.
- Proactively explore and integrate AI and emerging technologies to shape your design approach.
- Design holistic systems, flows, and interfaces, leveraging design systems for consistency.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers, using research and data insights to inform decisions.
- Contribute to the long-term product vision by identifying opportunities for re-invention.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of practical, in-house product, UX/UI design experience.
- Foundational design-related education or equivalent practical industry experience.
- Clear communication skills to explain design decisions and collaborate effectively.
- Solid visual design skills and attention to detail, with a drive to continuously refine craft.
- Strong enthusiasm for leveraging emerging tools—especially AI—to enhance user experiences.
- Experience designing interconnected, cross-platform experiences that span mobile, touch, and desktop applications.
- Demonstrated capability in designing LLM-based interactions, multi-turn chat flows, or desktop AI tools.
- Fluency in written and spoken English for effective global collaboration.
- Experience with Figma, Google Suite, JIRA, and other prototyping tools.
