What you will do

• Translate complex business objectives into clear, actionable solutions, identifying problems proactively and guiding teams end-to-end.

• Embed systems thinking by leveraging deep expertise in design system principles, AI integration, and industry standards to evolve and scale design systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of industry experience in a people management role on a Design team.
• Foundational design-related education (Bachelor of Design, Visual Arts, Architecture, Industrial Design, or Communication).
• Applied experience designing financial services and/or payments experiences in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with product, design, and prototyping tools such as Figma, Google Suite, Miro, Lovable, Cursor.
• Experience with Agile design sprint methodologies, tools, and processes, including Jira.
