What you will do

• Define and implement product design strategy for complex service and product design projects.
• Visualize responsive websites and applications, making sound structural design decisions for feature sets.
• Collaborate with product teams and engineers to ensure high-standard implementation of designs.
• Define and document new interaction design patterns specific to products or platforms.
• Employ user research and usability testing techniques to influence design decisions.
• Facilitate problem-solving in meetings and actively participate in design critiques.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Design Systems and UX design.
• Strong UX Design & Research skills and deep understanding of Information Architecture.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Framer, Adobe XD).
• Ability to balance user, business, and technical requirements for information architecture.
• Experience working autonomously in a fully remote environment.
• All written documents must be sent in English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of implementing web accessibility.
• Official UX training.
• Interest or experience in AI and open AI.
• Coding ability (HTML, CSS, JS, Swift).
