Lead DevOps Engineer (Azure, DevSecOps): Lead DevOps practices and secure CI/CD implementation for enterprise applications and infrastructure on Microsoft Azure with an accent on Azure administration, containerization, Infrastructure as Code, and secure service connections. Location: Flexible work options, including remote and hybrid opportunities. Must be based in Bulgaria, Georgia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Romania, or Ukraine.

What you will do
- Lead DevOps practices, standards, and procedures across onshore and offshore shifts.
- Manage Git version control, release management, and DevSecOps tool integration (SonarQube, Prisma Cloud).
- Perform Azure administration, including scripting, monitoring, networking, and Key Vault configuration.
- Build and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Ensure compliance with RBAC, audit controls, and troubleshoot production incidents.
- Contribute to architectural discussions, documentation, and mentor development teams in DevSecOps concepts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, with emphasis on Azure DevOps and secure cloud infrastructure.
- Strong background in scripting (PowerShell, Azure CLI), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD.
- Deep familiarity with Microsoft Azure ecosystem (networking, Key Vault, SQL DB administration) and implementing DevSecOps pipelines.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems and manage vendor incidents effectively.
- Strong communication skills, documentation discipline, and mentoring ability.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
