Software Engineer I (DevOps) (AI)

What you will do

• Support the design and delivery of cloud solutions for enterprise applications with Product Development, Architecture, and Infrastructure teams.
• Develop, test, and maintain automation tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud delivery processes.
• Deploy and support platform capabilities using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for applications, infrastructure, and shared services.
• Investigate operational issues, troubleshoot production problems, and escalate complex matters when appropriate.
• Contribute to Scrum/Agile ceremonies, the DevOps backlog, and continuous improvement of deployment practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Foundational experience with Linux environments and basic Bash or Python scripting.
• Basic knowledge of AWS or Azure, containerization, Git, and CI/CD concepts and tools.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, and SSH.
• Basic understanding of monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, deployments, operations, and application support.
• Good analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn and take ownership.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Kubernetes, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, Graylog, or Loki.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with incident response, production support, secrets management, messaging platforms, or vulnerability management.
• Understanding of core AI concepts, prompt design, agentic AI systems, and AI productivity tools.
