What you will do
- Respond to customer queries in a timely manner with utmost professionalism.
- Monitor the hirify.global Trollbox, Telegram, Discord, and Reddit channels as required.
- Perform document checks and escalate enquiries when necessary.
- Work closely with various internal partners across different regions.
- Assist in updating FAQ/Solutions documentation and constantly look for ways to improve customer service.
Requirements
- Must be proficient in English and Russian.
- Must have trading experience.
- Experience resolving customer inquiries and providing a basic level of technical support.
- Ability to compute simple calculations on financial products.
- Attention to detail with excellent communication skills and patience.
- Capable of working under pressure with a strong team spirit.
Nice to have
- Technical background and/or understanding of the hirify.global API.
- Strong mathematical skills.
