What you will do
- Build expert understanding of products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure satisfactory solutions.
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering to identify and resolve product issues.
- Answer advanced product usage and technical questions.
- Proactively engage with various customer profiles.
- Handle reactive inbound support requests via email, chat, and phone.
Requirements
- Technical support experience working directly with software products.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, SaaS, and On-Premises software solutions.
- High attention to detail with the proven ability to manage competing tasks and set priorities.
- Emotional intelligence and an empathetic propensity to understand customer needs.
- Technical curiosity, with the ability to explain complex technical terms in easy-to-understand language.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
- Desire to build a career in the Web3, blockchain, and crypto space.
Nice to have
- Experience working in Zendesk or an equivalent Customer Support platform.
