The Messaging Platform team, part of the Digital Marketing Technology organization at hirify.global, builds critical platforms for internal marketers to engage with customers.

What you will do

• Participate in the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
• Build and maintain highly scalable, reliable, and performant distributed services.
• Develop intelligent AI agents on Agentforce.
• Ensure operational excellence through robust monitoring and alerting.
• Partner with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Actively participate in code reviews and write well-tested code.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience designing, building, and operating scalable, reliable distributed systems within a platform-first environment.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including code quality, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Direct experience with hirify.global Platform development (e.g., Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow).

Nice to have

• Direct experience working with hirify.global Data Cloud.
• History working in the Marketing Messaging space including Email and/or SMS.
