TL;DR

What you will do

  • Prospect and research potential clients in the U.S. biopharma and CRO ecosystem.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the Directors of Clinical Solutions.
  • Execute outreach campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams on event follow-ups, campaigns, and lead nurturing.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of SDR, inside sales, or business development experience, ideally in healthtech, biotech, or SaaS.
  • Understanding of clinical trials, pharma operations, or digital health is a strong plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and goal-oriented, with a passion for growth and learning.
  • Familiarity with CRM and lead generation tools (HubSpot, Apollo, or similar).
  • Comfortable working remotely and across time zones in a fast-paced, international environment.
