APAC Growth Marketing Specialist (Fintech): Managing integrated marketing campaigns to build demand and pipeline for cloud-based treasury, payments, and risk management solutions with an accent on events, webinars, email marketing, and ABM campaigns. Focus on cross-functional collaboration, measuring campaign effectiveness, and applying analytics to optimize performance.

What you will do

  • Manage in-person and virtual events, including lead management and success metrics.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop and run joint regional marketing campaigns.
  • Create pre and post-event campaigns to assist with BDR and Account Manager outreach.
  • Manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously to meet deadlines and goals.
  • Proactively communicate plans and tactical details across sales and marketing teams.
  • Apply KPIs, analytics, and insights to optimize campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing.
  • Experience in marketing SaaS and cloud-based solutions.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin required.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation systems (Pardot preferred) and CRM (Salesforce.com preferred).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

  • Japanese proficiency preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
