What you will do

• Operate Tier 1 events as a primary demand generation channel, shifting focus to pipeline growth.
• Own the strategy for maximizing face-to-face time with prospects and customers through pre-booked meetings and networking events.
• Ensure brand alignment on the show floor, overseeing all aspects from kiosks to staff apparel.
• Coordinate session content and technical demo setups with Product Marketing and SEs.
• Source and manage external agencies and vendors, ensuring high-quality production within budget.
• Define and track KPIs for every event, providing analysis on lead quality and logistical learnings.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in B2B Event Marketing (SaaS preferred, Salesforce ecosystem an added bonus).
• Comfortable correcting issues on the spot, coaching staff on etiquette, and fixing brand inconsistencies.
• Experience working directly with Sales leadership and BDR teams to drive pipeline outcomes.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketing Automation platforms.
• Experience with event lead capture tools and their integration into lead flow.
• Proficiency in Project Management tools to manage complex event schedules.
