TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (Ecommerce): Developing new business and expanding within key accounts focusing on retail media services with an accent on building business value and driving up-sell/cross-sell. Focus on connecting with multiple levels within enterprise organizations and developing solutions matching client business problems.

Location: Remote from the United States with over 25% travel expected to client locations.

Salary: $250,000 - $300,000/per year OTE (50/50 split base / commission potential), plus equity package.

What you will do

  • Develop relationships and land new sales with Enterprise Accounts, focusing on retail media services.
  • Identify new opportunities, evangelize the platform, and drive up-sells and cross-sells.
  • Connect with and sell to multiple organizational levels, generating pipeline and achieving quota.
  • Sell on value and ROI, owning client relationships throughout the sales process.
  • Create demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to the platform solution.
  • Collaborate internally to understand new products and provide market feedback.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Sales experience selling into Enterprise brands.
  • Domain experience in retail media management services and the commerce market.
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce businesses, especially large Enterprise brands and C-level priorities.
  • Proven success managing relationships from power users to C-level within large organizations.
  • Record of selling $250K+ deals using Business Case or Challenger Selling methods.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup sales environment with a consistent record of beating quota.
  • Ability to learn complex business concepts quickly and develop client/internal trust.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with active listening.
