What you will do

• Drive adoption and revenue growth for core commercial offerings, contributing to business growth.
• Develop clear, compelling technical messaging and positioning for the hirify.global Platform.
• Create high-impact content, including ebooks, solution briefs, blog posts, and case studies.
• Define and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature rollouts.
• Build technical sales enablement materials, training, and competitive positioning for sales teams.
• Engage with customers and conduct market research to refine platform positioning and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in computer science or a closely related field, with experience in technical roles such as software engineering, solutions engineering, or developer advocacy.
• Comfort taking ownership, working from first principles, and building structure where none exists.
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling stories.
• Strong curiosity about how customers build and operate real systems.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing, influencing without authority.

Nice to have

• Experience in technical or product marketing, driving positioning, launches, and go-to-market motions.
• Developer-facing experience through blogs, talks, documentation, workshops, or community forums.
• Experience building or supporting technical demos, proofs of concept, or reference implementations.
• Exposure to enterprise customers and large-scale production systems.
