What you will do

  • Serve as the primary post-sales contact for Mid-Market business customers, managing inquiries, issues, and escalations.
  • Increase adoption and utilization of hirify.global products through in-depth product and industry knowledge.
  • Proactively engage with customers during the renewal process to secure renewals and drive retention.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to assess customer satisfaction, identify improvements, and offer solutions.
  • Anticipate and address potential challenges to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor.

Requirements

  • Experience and passion for increasing customer value by expanding product usage.
  • Demonstrated ability to maximize retention rates.
  • Proven success in a customer success or account management role.
  • Ability to confidently and effectively communicate with customers at all levels, including C-suite.
  • Ability to provide strategic contributions to departmental strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Technical aptitude to quickly grasp complex software concepts.

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of customer success, onboarding, or account management experience.
  • 3+ years of B2B software experience.
  • 4-year degree.
