What you will do
- Serve as the primary post-sales contact for Mid-Market business customers, managing inquiries, issues, and escalations.
- Increase adoption and utilization of hirify.global products through in-depth product and industry knowledge.
- Proactively engage with customers during the renewal process to secure renewals and drive retention.
- Conduct regular check-ins to assess customer satisfaction, identify improvements, and offer solutions.
- Anticipate and address potential challenges to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Develop strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
Requirements
- Experience and passion for increasing customer value by expanding product usage.
- Demonstrated ability to maximize retention rates.
- Proven success in a customer success or account management role.
- Ability to confidently and effectively communicate with customers at all levels, including C-suite.
- Ability to provide strategic contributions to departmental strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Technical aptitude to quickly grasp complex software concepts.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of customer success, onboarding, or account management experience.
- 3+ years of B2B software experience.
- 4-year degree.
