What you will do

  • Support the health and success of customer accounts in the US.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and ongoing adoption.
  • Build strong day-to-day relationships with customer stakeholders and become a trusted operational partner.
  • Act as an escalation point for customer issues, collaborating with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
  • Use data and insights to demonstrate value, measure impact, and support customer success reviews.
  • Translate customer feedback and challenges into clear input for internal teams to help inform product improvements and roadmap priorities.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within Customer Success or Support, within a SaaS/tech company.
  • Experience working with customers and navigating complex organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to draw insights and communicate impact clearly.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally to deliver strong customer outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
