TL;DR

Location: Onsite in Atlanta, GA.

Salary: $110,000–$125,000

What you will do

  • Lead large-scale discovery sessions with challenging stakeholders.
  • Understand and document business needs, converting them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Take ownership and accountability for product processes and deliverables.
  • Identify and report on key performance indicators to visualize the efficacy of product enhancements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of working experience as a Product Owner/Analyst in a high performing Scrum environment.
  • 2+ years of consulting industry experience with a strong understanding of end-to-end contact center functionalities.
  • Experience in Insurance is a must.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to independently lead discovery sessions.
  • Expertise in product backlog tools.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification.
