Salary: $155,000-$168,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Analyze enterprise contracting and related business processes to identify opportunities for AI‑driven transformation.
• Define product and program scope in close collaboration with business stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Author detailed, high‑quality technical requirements and feature definitions for AI and agentic AI solutions.
• Drive end‑to-end execution using disciplined product development and technical program management practices.
• Develop rollout plans, change management approaches, and operational procedures for deployed solutions.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs across a large, matrixed organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in product management and/or technical program management roles.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience building AI products, including writing features and requirements specifically for AI solutions.
• Demonstrated experience transforming business processes using AI, ideally including agentic or autonomous AI systems.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in large, enterprise‑scale, matrixed environments requiring cross‑organizational alignment.
• Proven ability to partner effectively with business and technical stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline).

Nice to have

• MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
• Experience specifically within contract management, legal operations, or highly regulated business domains.
• Prior work delivering AI solutions that modernize enterprise workflows or operational user experiences.
• Demonstrated success influencing without authority in complex organizational structures.
• Experience presenting to executive steering committees or senior sponsors.
