Location: Hybrid role (8 days/month) based in the USA, specifically Coppell, TX, Wichita, KS, or Kennesaw, GA. Applicants may be required to appear onsite for recruitment.

Salary: $85,600.00 - $149,400.00 USD

• Own the roadmap and priorities for a critical SaaS platform within the CCH Tax & Accounting brand.
• Translate strategy into clear requirements, specs, and success metrics, teaming with Engineering and Design.
• Deeply understand product performance through quantitative metrics and qualitative insights.
• Bring a strong business mindset to decisions, driving growth and revenue for hirify.global.
• Identify opportunities where AI can unlock improvements in user experience and efficiency.
• Partner with Engineering to ship AI-enabled workflows responsibly and effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management and/or Founder experience, ideally in an early-stage or fast-scaling startup.
• Proven ability to own and scale a B2B product or product area with business impact.
• Demonstrated business acumen and ability to think like an owner.
• Deep intuition for the capabilities and limitations of LLMs and AI.
• English: B2+ required.
