Salary: $109,000–$155,000 USD (base salary, yearly)

What you will do

• Lead the "Stitcher" engineering team to deliver core Lightpath program features.
• Improve effectiveness of device use, enhancing patient experience with CGM wears and cellular device integration.
• Serve as subject matter expert, combining claims, medical records, and client data for program management.
• Oversee Lightpath reporting and data initiatives to understand care program outcomes.
• Optimize patient onboarding and apply growth strategies to drive sustained program engagement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, with a track record of building digital health products.
• Experience managing technical requirements executed by multiple software engineering teams.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with engineering teams to deliver products to consumers.
• Expertise in building patient-first care programs, with stronger emphasis on patient engagement than provider workflows.
• Must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience developing digital health products that combine clinical design, AI, and user experience.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR), medical records data and claims data.
• Experience working with payers and related benefit eligibility requirements.
• Ability to operate as a solution PM, bridging the gap between product needs and platform infrastructure.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a history of bringing novel healthcare products or programs from concept to scale.
