What you will do

• Coordinate tasks and maintain alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, and Research teams.
• Manage and update project plans, timelines, and task tracking using tools like Jira.
• Facilitate team meetings including standups, syncs, and sprint reviews.
• Proactively identify and track milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers.
• Document and clearly communicate decisions across all involved teams.
• Support release planning and internal delivery communications.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to structure information clearly and ensure consistent follow-up.
• Familiarity with Jira.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, biotech, clinical environments, or AI-driven products.
• Understanding of AI system development, testing, or integration.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
