What you will do

• Assist with quarterly planning sessions, including preparation, execution, estimation, and post-analysis.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather input, set priorities, and establish timelines.
• Identify and highlight dependencies, risks, and issues related to planning processes.
• Prepare key presentations, collecting content and cooperating with designers.
• Assist with the design and implementation of new workflows and process enhancements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation and planning materials.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
• 2 years of experience in business process management, planning, and operational coordination.
• Experience with quarterly planning cycles and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
• Experience with process automation tools (e.g., Jira).
• Experience with planning cycles for IT companies with a high rate of changes to planning.
