What you will do

• Design and deliver technical solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including integrations and extensions (AL).
• Translate finance requirements into technical designs and system solutions.
• Act as a hands-on expert on Business Central architecture, data models, and integrations.
• Lead Business Central rollout scopes in specific countries or regions, coordinating finance and technical teams.
• Drive continuous functional improvement of finance systems through automation, new integrations, and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure solution quality, documentation, and scalability.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a comparable field.
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with a strong technical focus.
• Proven experience designing and developing integrations, Business Central extensions (AL language), and financial reports.
• Participation in multiple Business Central implementations or rollouts across various countries or legal entities.
• Strong finance process knowledge (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, consolidation) combined with deep technical ability.
• Comfortable independently owning rollout scopes from design through delivery.
• Fluent in written and spoken English (C1+); Spanish is a strong plus.
