What you will do

• Own the entire sourcing process for the Spanish photographer network, including long-listing, trial shoots, and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate the visual content production and presentation of properties.
• Ensure high visual content quality before "going live," managing feedback and communication with photographers.
• Work closely with account management and product teams.
• Identify and implement projects to improve cross-departmental and visual content production processes.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• University degree, ideally in media, communication science, business studies, or tourism.
• First experience in a business environment and/or content production.
• Process-oriented mindset with an understanding of target groups.
• Independent and solution-oriented work style, with a focus on details and creativity.
• This is a maternity cover position for 18 months, starting in May 2026.
