Project Manager Team Lead

TL;DR

Project Manager Team Lead: Building and managing a team of project managers and producers to develop, launch, and manage scalable experiences for Canada, with an accent on budget ownership, operational quality, and team leadership. Focus on expanding existing IPs and launching new pilots across multiple cities while ensuring maximum sales performance and customer excellence.

Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Canada. Employees are expected to be in the office at least 3-4 times a week.

Salary: 100,000–140,000 CAD gross/year, plus equity and performance bonus.

What you will do

• Build and manage a team of project managers and producers for Canada's portfolio of scalable experiences.
• Lead the team, set priorities, and ensure projects are on track, acting as the main point of escalation.
• Support and mentor team members, driving performance, growth, and accountability.
• Translate strategic goals into clear processes, workflows, and execution plans.
• Grow revenue from events by ensuring maximum sales performance, customer excellence, and operational quality while managing budgets and on-site teams.
• Negotiate and close business deals with venues and partners.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in project management, startup, or consulting background.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and team management experience.
• Solution-focused, identifying problems and defining solutions with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Experience managing complex projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and C-level relationship management skills.
• Ability to influence and persuade all levels of staff.
• Fluent English + French required.
