Focus on quantifying compliance risks, influencing product roadmaps, and educating internal/external partners on regulatory impact.
Location: Remote, New York, NY, US
Salary: $171,800–$257,600 USD annually for Zone A locations; other U.S. compensation zones may apply.

What you will do
- Lead data strategy for regulatory engagements, including ETL development, source data validation, and analysis.
- Connect regulatory expectations and commitments with Compliance and Product roadmaps to influence strategy.
- Analyze raw data to explain the impact of regulations, policies, and environmental changes on the compliance program and platforms.
- Partner with legal and engineering teams on strategic compliance program capabilities.
- Lead multiple high-impact workstreams and translate insights into action through clear written and verbal communication.
- Educate, coach, and influence internal and external stakeholders using Financial Crimes and AML expertise.
Requirements
- 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 6+ years with a Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of Compliance or AML experience.
- Expert-level SQL and data analysis or visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
- Expertise in ETL development and solving large, complex problems with limited direction.
- Ability to define problems, manage projects, and communicate data-driven insights to varied audiences.
- Impeccable attention to detail and polish.
Nice to have
- CAMS or another AML certification.
- Experience in FinTech, consulting, or financial crimes compliance systems and processes.
- Experience automating workflows with Python, R, or Prefect.
