What you will do
- Manage, develop, and coach a team of 7 outbound Sales Development Representatives.
- Hire, onboard, and mentor SDRs to become experts at opening doors and uncovering opportunities for the sales team.
- Provide day-to-day coaching, professional development, and call coaching sessions.
- Track and communicate weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline goals to the team.
- Establish best practices, tools, and processes for outbound prospecting.
- Partner with the field sales force to implement sales and pipeline-building strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in a Sales Development Manager role, ideally within a SaaS company.
- Consistent track record for running a metric-driven business with proven results.
- High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment and professionalism.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Hybrid working model requires in-office presence Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
