What you will do
- Recruit, develop, and lead a team of 5-7 Enterprise Sales Representatives across a specific geography.
- Build a sales team and develop future sales leaders for hirify.global.
- Develop and execute a business plan to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Manage the sales ecosystem from lead generation through closing.
- Contribute to the Go-To-Market strategy as part of the leadership team, reporting to the VP of Sales.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading Enterprise sales teams.
- Successful track record of overachievement annually.
- Experience leading sales teams who sell through security channel partners.
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles and successfully selling large deals to large enterprises (Fortune 1000).
- Experience with SaaS sales in cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations, and security.
- Background using MEDDIC sales methodology.
- Experience developing pipeline and opening new accounts.
- Must be based in the United States.
