What you will do

• Collaborate with the Director of Media, brand partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support and manage workflows across pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
• Participate in all aspects of production, including lighting, camera operation, and audio recording.
• Source soundtracks, stock imagery, and stock video to support campaigns and projects.
• Help manage and maintain the hirify.global studio space, equipment, and general readiness.
• Contribute to a wide range of video projects, including brand videos, social media content, and internal communications.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience producing video, audio, or other digital media content.
• A strong portfolio or demo reel demonstrating visual storytelling and technical skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A positive, collaborative attitude and openness to feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience with audio mixing.
• Animation or motion graphics skills.
