What you will do
- Partner with instructional designers to develop engaging educational video content for the hirify.global platform.
- Translate content outlines into clear, narrative video scripts, collaborating with stakeholders for refinement.
- Record voice-overs and capture screen recordings, independently or with cross-functional teams.
- Edit and finalize videos, create thumbnails, descriptions, and stage content on hirify.global University.
- Manage the end-to-end approval process for video content, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
- Utilize AI and other tools to automate and accelerate the production of high-quality educational videos.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in video production in an education or corporate video environment.
- Proficiency in audio and and video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Understanding of hirify.global or ability to quickly develop proficiency.
- Passion for education, data, and technology, utilizing AI and other tools to automate and increase output.
Nice to have
- Skills with After Effects, Figma, Keynote, Camtasia, Jitter, and ScreenFlow.
