Salary: $100,000–$110,000 USD

What you will do

• Produce high-quality video and podcast content, leading post-production and managing the end-to-end workflow.
• Edit B2B marketing videos for brand, product, and thought leadership initiatives across digital channels.
• Edit and produce podcasts, including audio cleanup, pacing, mixing, mastering, and creating cutdowns for social media.
• Incorporate motion graphics, titles, and visual elements, while managing color correction and sound design.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Studios, and Content teams.
• Manage video and audio files, versioning, and maintain efficient post-production workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience editing video content in a B2B or brand environment, with a strong portfolio.
• Hands-on experience editing podcasts and audio content.
• Advanced proficiency with video and audio editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition.
• Experience creating content optimized for web, social, paid media, events, and internal communications.
• English: B2 required.
