Location: São Paulo, Brazil. This is a Full-Time (Contract) role for 6 months with a possibility of extension/conversion into a permanent role.

What you will do

• Facilitate clarity and alignment by leading workshops and co-creation sessions.
• Shape opportunities and influence initiatives by translating business and customer needs into actionable deliverables.
• Lead through influence, partnering with cross-functional leads to shape roadmaps and prioritize features.
• Leverage data and insights from analytics, customer research, and market signals for effective prioritization and decision-making.
• Support experimentation and learning by championing MVP approaches, pilots, and iterative delivery.
• Innovate with AI and new technologies to streamline business analysis processes and unlock new ways of working.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, stakeholder management, or related roles (5+ years for Senior Business Analyst).
• Proven track record of facilitating cross-functional collaboration and driving alignment across stakeholders.
• Ability to use data and insights to prioritize and validate needs.
• Proficiency with business analysis and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Miro, reporting/BI tools).
• Comfort with data analysis (Excel, SQL, or BI platforms).
• Exceptional facilitation skills, adaptable to various workshop formats (design thinking, Agile discovery, prioritization frameworks).
• Proficiency in English required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications (e.g., Agile BA, CBAP, Design Thinking, Product Management, or Data Analysis).
• Exposure to product management, service innovation, or consulting experience.
• Experience applying AI or automation to improve processes and outcomes.
• Familiarity with OTT streaming, SaaS, or managed services.
• Additional European languages are a plus.
